Get Tested for Breast Cancer

Get Tested for Cervical Cancer
Women 21-29 should get a Pap and HPV test every 3 years. If you are age 30 or older, you can get screened every 5 years instead.
Get Enough Folic Acid
Women who could become pregnant need folic acid. Ask your doctor what you can do to make sure you have enough.
Take Steps to Protect Yourself from Relationship Violence
