Jason Call, MD Joins Cancer Center Team at Memorial Medical Center

Memorial Medical Center is proud to announce that Jason Call, MD has joined the Cancer Center team at Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Call’s expertise in radiation oncology means he treats many forms of cancer including those located in the breast, prostate, lung, head, and neck.
Dr. Call has presented at numerous conferences, been published numerous times and comes to Las Cruces with more than seven years’ experience. He graduated cum laude with a double major in Zoology and Russian from Brigham Young University. He pursued his medical school training at the Medical College of Wisconsin and his residency training in Radiation Oncology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He has been active in research throughout his career, publishing his work in several scientific journals. He has presented his research at national and international oncology meetings and has authored published book chapters on topics related to Radiation Oncology. His training at the Mayo Clinic included modern radiation techniques, focusing on Intensity-Modulated Radiation therapy (IMRT), Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), and High Dose Rate (HDR) brachytherapy.
Dr. Call most recently worked at Alaska Cancer Treatment Center in Anchorage Alaska. When not partnering with patients to on their cancer treatment journey, Dr. Call can be found exercising and preparing for triathlons. We welcome him, his wife, Catherine, and their two teenage sons to Las Cruces.
